"Today, a photograph is a collection of pixels. Tomorrow, a collection of vectors. And the day after, a collection of ideas." This quote, wrongly attributed by the Museum of Modern Art to one Sorjen Morrison, was painted at the entrance of the exhibit "Word and Image" on January 12th, 1968—the same day the museum acquired Jackson Pollock's "One" from Mrs. Haruki (citation needed).
